FRONTIER.EXE and the .OVR files of the PC version have been packed with an LZEXE compatible packer. You can safely unpack them, they will run without problems afterwards. The advantage of unpacking your executables is that you can use your favourite byte editor to look for strings in the game and find out what you can expect in your future gameplay. It also should speed up the startup time of your game significantly.
